Motorsport Legend & Former NASCAR Driver – Bobby Gill Gave In To A Long Battle With Cancer At The Age Of 65. Bobby Gill was a brilliant racer popular for his fantastic four top-10 finishes in 16 career starts in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. He passed away after a courageous and prolonged battle with stage 4 brain cancer. Mr. Gill achieved his best finish of sixth in the NASCAR in July 1996 at The Milwaukee Mile. He drove the No. 75 entry for Wayne Spears. Prior to his time in NASCAR, he earned himself a name in local short-track racing. Back then, he notably won the prestigious Snowball Derby twice at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, FL, in 1993 as well as in 1997. He also won in the “All American 400” in 1994 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway. It took him no time to become a legend in the USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series, bagging four championships from 1999 to 2007. It included three consecutive titles from 1999 to 2001. In the NASCAR Southeast Series, he got ten wins in 82 starts and twice ended up being the runner-up in the championship standings. He narrowly missed the title by only a point in 1992 and four points in 1994. During his courageous battle with cancer, the racing community rallied around him. A contender in the 2024 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Playoff – Grant Enfinger, honored him with a special throwback paint scheme inspired by Bobby’s early 2000s USAR Hooters Pro Cup car in an event at Martinsville Speedway in April. We will always carry Bobby's precious memory in our hearts.

Bob Landsee, aged 59, unexpectedly passed away from natural causes on January 20th, 2024, at his winter residence in Florida. He was born to Frank and Maria Landsee on March 21st, 1964, in Milwaukee. Bob grew up in Iron Mountain, MI. He graduated from UW-Madison, where he excelled as captain of the football team and earned a degree in agricultural business. Bob married Sharon Dollins on March 21st, 1987, in Madison, and they shared two daughters, Sara and Melissa, whom he cherished above all else. Bob and Sharon built and managed several businesses across the Midwest. Bob's love for football extended beyond playing; he coached professionally, guiding young men on and off the field. He was deeply committed to his Catholic faith and an active member of St. Albert the Great Catholic Church in Sun Prairie. He is survived by his wife, daughters, mother-in-law Kathleen Dollins, son-in-law Riley Poe, sisters Katherine Huschitt and Elizabeth Czernek, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law William ""Bill"" Czernek, and father-in-law John Dollins. Bob's legacy of love, mentorship, and faith will endure in the hearts of those he touched.

Bobbie Jean Carter is the 41-year-old sister of child star Aaron Carter and Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter. She has passed away in Hillsborough County, Florida, on December 23rd, 2023. The cause of death was reported as cardiac arrest. Angel Carter, her sister, confirmed the news on Instagram, sharing a heartfelt tribute and childhood photos. In her tribute, Angel mentioned the challenges faced by her siblings. Including Leslie Carter's death in 2012 and Aaron Carter's passing last year. She emphasized the importance of innocence for children and expressed regret for Bobbie’s life. Angel called for breaking down barriers and promoting mental health support. Bobbie Jean Carter's mother, Jane Carter, expressed shock over her daughter's sudden death and requested privacy for grieving. Bobbie Jean Carter previously appeared on the Carter family's reality TV show, ""House of Carters."" Here her struggles with addiction were documented. Bobbie's death follows the passing of her brother Aaron Carter in November of the previous year. Aaron, known for his music career and participation in ""Dancing With the Stars."" He was found dead at his Southern California home at the age of 34.
