Lamond passed away on December 26, 2022, in Tacoma, Washington, at the age of 38. Born on October 19, 1984, in Union City, Georgia, Lamond was the beloved son of Margaret Dukes and the late Lawrence Dukes. Lamond's vibrant spirit and warm smile will forever be remembered by all who knew him. Lamond spent his formative years nourishing his passion for education at San Gorgonio School and later graduated from San Andreas High School in San Bernardino, California. He valued knowledge and sought intellectual growth throughout his life. His enthusiasm for life was infectious, and Lamond's positive presence touched the lives of many. Known for his unwavering kindness and loyalty, Lamond went above and beyond to help others. His empathetic and understanding nature made him a pillar of support for his loved ones and friends. Lamond held no judgement and readily extended a helping hand whenever needed. In his leisure time, Lamond found solace in his love for art. He had an undeniable talent for drawing, which he pursued with unwavering dedication. His artwork reflected his vibrant spirit and showcased his incredible creativity. Lamond's talent will be remembered as a testament to his indomitable spirit. Family was of the utmost importance to Lamond. His role as a father brought him immeasurable joy and fulfillment. Lamond leaves behind a legacy of love through his sons, Lamond, Antonio, and Alexander. His dedication to fatherhood and the unconditional love he showered upon them will never be forgotten. Lamond is survived by his adoring sister, Ifeanyi Dukes of SAINT LOUIS, Missouri, and his loving sister, Velicia Dukes of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by his brothers, Eugene Morrow Jr of San Bernardino, California, and Lynnardo Hobbs of Orlando, Florida. Lamond's memory will be forever cherished by his family and friends. During this time of sorrow, may we find solace in the memories we shared with Lamond. His impact on our lives will continue to inspire and uplift us. Lamond will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, but his spirit will forever shine brightly in our hearts.
