Throughout his life, James cherished his family and was always there to offer his unwavering support. He had a deep love for his parents, who preceded him in death, as well as his sister, Faith Thompson. James was a kind-hearted man, a loyal friend, and a doting brother. James's childhood was spent in Natchez where he attended North Natchez School. It was during these formative years that he fostered his love for fishing, music, spending time with loved ones, and the thrilling world of football. These passions would stay with James, becoming integral parts of his life. He leaves behind a legacy of love in the form of his children. His daughter, Katisha Lewis (Prennell), resided in Natchez, Mississippi. his son, Jermaine Suggs, lived in Helena-West Helena, Arkansas. daughter Nikki Thompson (Damion), residing in Mesquite, Texas. 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and host of aunts, uncles, and other relative and friends.Their warmth and love filled James's heart, bringing him immeasurable joy. To honor the life of James S. Suggs Jr., visitation will be held December 27,2024 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Webb/Winfield Funeral Home 7 St. Catherine St. Natchez MS 39120. Funeral service at 11:00 AM will be held at Greater Fatherland Baptist Church 375 Highway 61 S Natchez Ms 39120 Following Burial Natchez National Cemetery 41 Cemetery Rd Natchez Ms 39120 James S. Suggs Jr. will forever be remembered for his loving and kind spirit, his enthusiasm for life, and his dedication to his family. As we bid farewell to our dear friend, brother, and father, let us find solace in the memories he has left behind. James's legacy will live on through the lives he touched, and he will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. In
