The reason behind his sudden and unexpected demise remains unknown. Big Ry, as his loved ones used to call him, has been a vocal supporter of the Philadelphia Police. He used to love taking road trips across the United States. Ryan and his father made it to the news at the beginning of the year when they decided to leave everything behind and travel to Israel to become a part of the war against Hamas. They were hailed for their actions, as they left behind their lives to face the dangers in Israel. Tragically, Ryan has now drawn his last breath, leaving his father heartsick and facing the most nightmarish time for any parent. Ryan’s funeral has been scheduled for August 6, Tuesday, at Goldstein’s on Broad Street at 10 am. His friends, family, and Jewish community leaders are all expected to attend. Ryan has demonstrated a higher ideal in his life, opting to sacrifice a peaceful life to face the gravest dangers in a faraway land as a way to defend his people. A lot of people believe in this theory. However, when it narrows down to actually doing it, they back off. Ryan was one of the brave people who actually did what he believed in. For that, he deserves a ton of praise.
