David E. Boone, age 90, died Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at AdventHealth New Smyrna. Born in Livingston, New Jersey to Barret and Sophia Earle Boone, David came to the area in 2014 from Long Island, New York. A United States Air Force veteran, David was a member of Edgewater Alliance Church. For many years he was an active member of the Civil Air Patrol and of S. C. O. R. E. where he was a mentor who helped entrepenuers with new businesses. David was a Vice President with Fleet Bank and was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his 2 sons, Barry (Mary) Boone, of Eastsound, Washington; and Douglas (Stefanie) Boone, of Santa Monica, California; daughter, Nancy (Michael) Eiseman, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; 4 grandsons, Gregory Eiseman, Jeffrey Eiseman, Zachary Boone, and Michael Boone. David was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Joan of 51 years, granddaughter, Leanora, and brother, Danny. Funeral service will be 2:00 p. m. Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Edgewater Alliance Church. The family suggests memorials in David's memory to the Benevolence Fund at Edgewater Alliance Church, 310 N. Ridgewood Ave, Edgewater, FL 32132.
