Yolanda Munford Obituary

On Tuesday May 2, 2023, GOD 's angels summoned our beloved Yolanda Munford to his eternal rest. Yolanda was born November 12, 1956, to Beatrice Green and Charles Taylor. Yolanda received her education from the Cumberland County Schools System. Yolanda graduated in 1975 from Seventy First High School in Fayetteville, NC. Yolanda retired from Boddie Noells (Hardee 's) in 2021. Yolanda was a devoted mother who had a love for people, friends, and especially family. Yolanda was known for her caring heart, unselfish willingness to help others, laughter, smile, and ability to have fun in every moment. Yolanda was proceeded in death by her parents; Yvonne Finch and Danny Finch, brother; brother, James Green and, nephew; Charles Anthony Green. Yolanda leaves to cherish her memory: lifelong love, George Cornell Womack; children, Raymond Munford (Tess) and DeMontay Munford (Sherkeya); siblings, Lewis Green, Charles Green, Lawrence David Green, Lucinda Cindy Swealt, Patricia Green; grandchildren, Zaida Munford, Bryce Munford, Danecia Hunt, Destiny Munford, King Munford, Sir Munford, Andrew Munford, Tyler Cloud, Quatez McCormick, Cameron Sinclair, Devin Sinclair, Tvquahn Bethea; great grandchild, Carter Hunt; nieces, Kimberly Gregory, Syreeta Green, LaTasha Wyche, Antionette Swealt, Tiffany Sweatt; and her special Family, Womack Family. Also, to cherish his memory are a host of cousins, other relatives, and many friends. A funeral service will be held at 12 PM in the Rogers and Breece Chapel on Friday, May 12, 2023, with Reverend Anthony Ford officiating.
