Mrs. Wilma Eugenia "Jeannie" Stephens, age 70, a resident of Dierks, Arkansas, died Saturday, September 2, 2023 at Dierks Health and Rehab. She was born December 6, 1952 in Dumas, Arkansas. She was a Baptist who loved cooking, fishing, watching Dateline and spending time with her family. Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Frost and Bobbie Jean Vanderver; one daughter, Shelia Knapp. She is survived by her husband, Bruce Stephens of Dierks; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sara and Cory Carter of Dierks, AR, Sharon and Jerry Routh of Lockesburg, AR; four grandchildren, Haley, Baylee, K-Leeh and Breanna; three great grandchildren, Emma, Lucy and Thea and two special friends, Robbie and Kelly Miller. Tabatha Haley, age 56 of Dierks, went to her eternal home on Saturday, November 25, 2023. She was born on November 18, 1967, in Murfreesboro Arkansas to Harold Kersey and Martha Jackson Kersey. She was preceded in death by both parents, her mother-in-law and her father-in-law. Tab was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and Mimi. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loving on her grandchildren. She looked forward to services with her Mountain View Missionary Baptist church family on Sundays where she said that she felt at home the first time she walked in the door. Her smile was contagious, and she was a breath of fresh air. She was the genuine article. Awaiting to be reunited with her is her husband of 38 years, Brian, son Brock (Brittany) Haley, daughter Candice (Shane) Pate and daughter Cameron (Mason) Glasgow; 8 grandchildren, sister Tammy (David) Alexander, Harold (Sharon) Kersey and Carmella (Chad) Bradshaw, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family as well as a host of wonderful friends. Jenny Lou Leeper House went to be with her Lord peacefully in her home on Tuesday November 21st, 2023. Jenny was born to Winfred and Willie Eleanor Cox Leeper on June 12th, 1952. She married the love of her life James "Jimmy" House on November 8th, 1969. Together they built a family, had five daughters, and enjoyed many adventures. Jenny Lou spent most of her early years as a homemaker, and later she worked for De Queen School District until her retirement. She loved flowers, gardening, watching game shows, and being with her family. Jenny Lou was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years Jimmy House, her parents, her brother Charles Barnes, and sister Nelda Saucedo. She is survived by her daughters and their spouses, Leslie House and Shane Self, of Magnolia, Lindy and Dave Cartwright of Romance, Lori and Joe Vallee, Jamie and Jeff Baker, Joni and Clint Pearce all of De Queen. Josh Leeper and wife Dawn and Viola, whom she loved like her own, of De Queen. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Lavon and Martha Ora Stacy Marshall; one brother, Rick Marshall and grandson, Freddy Jarrett Marshall. Freddy is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jeannie Thornton Marshall of Lockesburg, two sons and daughters-in-law, Johnny and Toni Lynn Marshall of Horatio; Jeffrey and Ginger Marshall of De Queen; one daughter and son-in-law, Jeana and Jace Ford of Lockesburg, Arkansas; grandchildren, Allie Carr and husband, Caleb, Wyatt Marshall, Hudson Marshall, Myleigh Marshall, Grady McAda, Mina McAda and Wade Beasley, Jaden Ford, Rykor Ford; one great granddaughter, Mia McAda; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, George and Shirley Thornton, Sibbie and Gene Burrow, Alice Oakes, Tim and Letty Thornton, Carla Marshall; close family friend, Greg Curtis; and a number of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Freddy and Jeannie began their life together in Lockesburg, Arkansas. Lockesburg Timber Inc. , a family logging business, kept him active throughout his lifetime. He was a successful and honest business man. He was a dedicated servant of the Lord. Freddy was a member of Old Union Missionary Baptist Church and attended First Baptist Church Moores Lane in Texarkana. Throughout his life, he instilled in his family the necessity of loving God and attending church services regularly. We can rejoice that Freddy is in heaven reuniting with loved ones and visiting with Jesus. Freddy was devoted to his family. He was always willing to help anyone in need. He loved spending time at Pa's Place with his family, especially during deer season. He loved most of all the laughs as the family gathered around him. Freddy brought so much joy to his family and friends. Everyone knew him as a kind, friendly, funny, and loving man. He loved jokes. The legacy that Freddy leaves behind is one of faith, family, love, and peace. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him until we meet again in heaven. She specialized in interior painting and wallpaper hanging and was also a waitress at Joda's Cafe. She enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing and loved her family, all her friends and her church family and her cats. She was preceded in death by her mother, Alta Faye Upton Lindler; her father, Nelson Dowdy and stepmother, Letha Mae Dowdy; husband, James R. Pickett; two brothers, Charles Dowdy and Jessie Ray Lindler; son-in-law, Terry Butler, and granddaughter-in-law, Kim Gathright. Mr. Andrew Billy Farley went home to his Lord and Savior on October 10, 2023, at the age of 60. Andrew was born on November 2, 1962 to the union of Billy and Bonita Farley in De Queen, Arkansas. He was a 1981 graduate of De Queen High School. After High School he worked at De Queen Schools bus garage and drove a bus. He then went on to pursue a career at D&E - T. O. &E. Railroad. He was a Christian and a friend to all. He was a kind and generous man who would do anything for anyone. He was never afraid of hard work and despite the hand he was dealt in this life, he lived every minute to the best of his ability. He loved being outdoors and was an avid hunter. He loved his family very much. Mr. Farley was preceded in death by his father, Billy F. Farley; grandparents, Andrew and Bessie Farley, Harold and Murl Higgins. He leaves to cherish his memory; his mother, Bonita Farley, his favorite sister Sonya McKinley (Randal), his seven children, Charlie Farley, Bubba Farley, Laken Banks (Keon), La Tina Shaw (Ronnie), Dena Hibbs (David), Christy Smith (Toby), Robert Whitney (Vanessa). Sixteen grandchildren, one niece, one nephew; as well as countless other family members whom he cherished.
