William Lee Spencer, 63, of London, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Fountain Circle Health and Rehab in Winchester, KY. He leaves behind four children, Kenneth Spencer & wife Nikki, Amanda Wells & husband Scotty, Kayla Gilliam & husband Joel all of London, KY, Angela Pennington & husband Jason of East Bernstadt, KY; four siblings, Rose Ann Cupp & husband Charlie, Charles Spencer, Gary Spencer all of London, KY, Herbert Spencer & wife Beverly of Corbin, KY; eight grandchildren, Kimberly, Justin, Cameron, Madeline, Aaron, Isaac, Austin, Maggie, plus a host of family and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eli Spencer & Annie Elizabeth Morgan Spencer. William was a self-employed coal truck driver for over thirty years and of the Baptist faith. Funeral services for William Lee Spencer will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Raymond Hampton officiating. Burial will follow at the Poynters Chapel Cemetery on highway 192 in London, KY. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. also at the funeral home.
