Dennis Joseph Gallo age 76 of Seminole Florida died peacefully Nov. 12 2023 At the Kensington Gardens Rehab and Nursing Home in Clearwater, Florida. On March 4, 1947 he was born in Elizabeth New Jersey the son of Charles Gallo and Helen Bauso Gallo. Sister Marie Gallo. Dennis served a brief time in the US Navy in 1967 upon graduation from Seminole High School. Dennis was the Face of WinnDixie for many years as a Grocery Clerk. In the winter of 2022 Dennis received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior And became Born Again. Dennis is survived by Sister-inlaw Jean Gallo, Nephews Charlie Gallo, William Hippel, Nieces Denise Gallo, Janet Gallo, Joanne Gallo, Diane Dugan, Linda Hippel, Nancy Ann Marie Gallo, A cousin Barbara Greco, Great nephews Kevin Dugan, Steven Hippel, Joseph Beninato, Jeffrey Uhrig, Anthony Ligas, Joseph J Arangio, Great nieces Jennifer Hippel, Maria & Lisa Arangio. He was heavily involved in several Karaoke Clubs performing at local establishments in Pinellas County. He could be seen strumming the air guitar to Chuck Berry and Elvis. The hit song that everyone requested was "Red Solo Cup" by Blake Shelton, as Dennis truly loved his Country music and performed with some Country stars doing duets. He would bring smiles and laughs to so many including one last visit to Bay Pines VA singing Elvis and had everyone's attention. When he was not singing he Loved to Watch Baseball, Football and Everybody Loves Raymond. He had another hobby of collecting baseball and football cards. His favorite teams included Florida Seminoles, Miami Dolphins, and the New York Mets. Edward "Eddie" Kerper, a loving husband, father and papa passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, in Clearwater, Florida on November 20, 2023. Born on December 7, 1929, in New York, NY, Eddie lived a remarkable life full of love, laughter, and generosity. Eddie was the beloved husband of Marilyn (Kassover), his bride of 72 years, and a devoted father to his sons, Robert (Patricia) and Richard (Lisa). He was a cherished brother to Roslyn (Ira Hochman) and brother-in-law Bernard Kassover, and was predeceased by his brother Marvin (Janice), sister-in-law Judy Kassover, and niece Diane Kassover Bartolf. Eddie was a proud grandfather to Jackie (Ryan Gibson), Michael (Wonji), Eric, Olivia, and Anna, and a doting great-grandfather to Quinn, Rowan, and his soon-to-be great-granddaughter. He was also a much-loved uncle to numerous nieces, nephews, grand and great-grand nieces, and nephews. Living in Brooklyn, NY, Eddie received his bachelor's degree in education at City College of New York, and later became a teacher in New York City. While living with Marilyn and their kids in East Hanover, NJ, he was owner/operator of Randolph's Liquors in West Orange, NJ, and also became a real estate broker. Upon moving to Clearwater, FL, he had a successful career as a real estate broker with Edrick Properties, where he passionately worked into his 90's. Eddie was also a proud veteran of the US Army, serving his country with honor and distinction. An avid golfer until the age of 90, Eddie's love for the game was infectious. He had a knack for making people laugh, and his generosity extended beyond his family to all who knew him. He and Marilyn spent much of their later years cruising the world where they enjoyed making new friends and memories wherever they went. Eddie will be remembered for his loving nature, his sharp wit, and his incredible pride of his family. He was a beacon of positivity and joy, touching the lives of countless people with his kindness and warmth. His legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew him. While we mourn the loss of Eddie, we also celebrate a life well-lived. His was a life filled with love, laughter, and the joy of speaking about his family. Eddie's memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration to his family and friends. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
