William S. Kelly, 86, of Union Twp., passed away on April 25, 2019. William was born May 20, 1932, in Portsmouth, OH, to the late Harry and Margaret Kelly. Loving husband of Mary Kelly. Beloved father of Bill Kelly (Debra), David Kelly, and Beth Probst (Roger). Grandfather of Angie Ferrell (Rob), Lesley Holland (Joshua), Krissy Broussard (Jace), Jennifer Brown (Shannon), Linda Kelly, Steve Probst, and Richard Probst. Great-grandfather of Hunter Ferrell, Cameron Ferrell, and Owen Ferrell. Preceded in death by his siblings, Ed Kelly, Richard Kelly, Dave Kelly, and Jean Smoot. Visitation will be held at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home 177 W. Main St. (St. Rt. 125) Amelia, on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment Arlington Memorial Gardens.
