"William Henry Faulhaber passed away peacefully in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, on September 23, 2023. "Bill", as he was known to friends and family, was born on July 22, 1931 in Crestline, Ohio, to Henry and Helen Faulhaber. He attended Lehman High School in Canton, Ohio and after graduation, his family relocated to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a youth, Bill loved to participate in many sports, his favorites being golf and basketball. Upon graduation, Bill embarked on a career in sales. He possessed an extraordinary ability to communicate with others and win over their trust. He landed a position as a salesman with Spalding Sporting Goods, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved on to District Sales Manager in Cleveland, Ohio. He advanced to the position of National Sales Manager in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. In 1974, Bill accepted a position with the Toney Penna Company, which relocated the family to North Palm Beach, Florida. He completed his career with Spalding, retiring in 1995 after 35 years. Bill and his wife, Dolores were active members of St. Clare Catholic Church in North Palm Beach, Florida, serving as an usher for many years. He had a passion for God, his church, and his family. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Santa Maria Council 4999, holding numerous positions over the years, including Grand Knight. He was actively involved with fund raising to build a church in Pahokee, Florida. He made monthly trips with donations for the migrants, supporting all the efforts of Father John Mericantante. Bill and Dolores were happily married for 65 years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was predeceased by his beautiful wife, Dolores and daughter Diane (Bobby) Whisnant. He is survived by his daughter Cindy (Nick) Tsengas, son James (Janna) Faulhaber and daughter Linda Garcia, eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. He will be missed beyond words for his wisdom, guidance and constant support. A funeral Mass will be held Friday September 29th at 11:00 a. m. at St. Clare Church, North Palm Beach followed by interment at Riverside Memorial Park, Tequesta, Florida. Edgar S. Woolard Jr. peacefully passed away on December 4th, 2023, in his home in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, at the age of 89, surrounded by his family. Ed was born in Washington, North Carolina. He graduated from North Carolina State College (now University) where he got his degree in industrial engineering. He got his first job at a DuPont plant in Kinston, North Carolina, and had a very rich career with DuPont. He worked at DuPont plants in Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, and then transferred to corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware. He then rose to the executive level and eventually became the chief executive and chairman of the DuPont Company. Ed chose to retire early from DuPont to spend more time with his family, and to take his wife Peggy, who loves tennis, to a multitude of professional tennis tournaments around the world. Peggy and Ed both were passionately supportive and involved with the International Tennis Hall of Fame, where Peggy served several terms on their board, and Ed supported her as assistant in chief. As part of their life journey and love of the game of tennis, both Ed and Peggy became close friends with Billie Jean King and Ilana Kloss almost 40 years ago, who shared and worked together on the common vision that women tennis players deserve the same compensation and recognition as their male counterparts. Even after Ed retired from DuPont, he stayed very active in the business world, with service on corporate boards such as Apple, IBM, NY Stock Exchange, and Citigroup, as well as investing in startups and new business ventures. One of the more significant contributions was while Ed was chair of the Apple board, where he led the efforts to bring Steve Jobs back to Apple which enabled the transformation and rebirth of Apple. Ed was also a passionate philanthropist throughout his life, forming the Woolard Family Foundation, and actively supporting many causes including Sunday Breakfast Mission, Delaware Art Museum, International Tennis Hall of Fame, Christian Outreach Efforts, Autism Delaware, Meals on Wheels, and Christ Church Christiana Hundred. Most importantly, Ed was a proud family man and loved to help and support people in need. Ed is survived by his lovely bride and high school sweetheart of 67 years, Peggy Harrell Woolard, along with his daughter Lynda Woolard, daughter Annette Woolard-Provine and son-in-law Bill Provine, and his two grandchildren Will Provine and Caroline Provine.Show more

"Peggy Jo (Padgett) Nagel, 81, of Palm Beach Gardens passed away Friday, November 3, 2023, with loving family by her side. She was born on August 26, 1942, and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee as the second of 5 children. After graduating from Red Bank High School, she was married and moved to California. She spent the first few years of her adult life living on the west coast before traveling back across the country to settle and raise her family in Palm Beach County, Florida. Peggy loved living near the ocean and spending time on the water, she was a frequent visitor to the beautiful local beach. She was an avid reader, a skilled gardener and enjoyed time traveling and especially "cruising" with friends and family. She was always excited to show off the latest styles and fashion and to shop in the different ports she visited. Peggy was a dedicated homemaker and later in life spent time working in retail and as a professional secretary/office manager. She was recognized for her excellent organizational, financial and social skills, always with an upbeat attitude and work ethic. Most of all Peggy loved and treasured her family and friends, she was so generous with those she cared about with her compliments, her never ending concern for safety, sharing her possessions and the most honest opinions. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Edith Padgett and Roy T. Padgett, by her son, Norman Alan Nagel and by her former husband, Norman Nagel. She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Nagel and Sharon (Scott) Bowman; her grandchildren, Zack (Hailey) Dickson, Morgan (Luke) Parsons and Avery Bowman; her great grandsons, Weston and Wyatt Parsons; her siblings, Bill (Sandy) Padgett, Diana (Mike) Thacker, Wanda (Larry) Hackler, and John R. (Ruth) Padgett. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Benji.
