William B. Ellard (Uncle Junior) Junior was born in Ft. Bragg North Carolina July 20, 1954 to Bill B Ellard and Hazel I Hardison. He was reunited with his parents in death June 11th, 2022, in addition to his parents Junior was preceded in death by brothers Jamie Ellard, Kenneth Ellard, and Floyd Ellard. He is survived by his two sisters Rita Sorrell (Johnny Sorrell) and Sandie Sumner, and lots of nieces and nephews. He was a carpenter that loved to show anyone and everyone what houses he built over the years. He could build anything he set his mind to. He was a beloved brother and uncle, who would do anything for anyone (but you were going to hear him cuss and complain a little while he did it). Junior loved to aggravate in true brotherly fashion his sister Rita, they were two peas in a pod that were together until the very end. As an uncle he was one of the best, he was always there no matter what and always made sure you were taken care of, even for his great nieces and nephews. He was naturally a loud and happly-grouchy person that loved his bellbottom jeans no matter how hot it was outside and his McDonalds coffee, sweet tea and popcorn. He could make the best potato salad you ever had!! A celebration of life will be held June 26th @ 12pm at Rita & Johnny's home. Until we all meet again Uncle Junior give Heaven some Hell.
