SUMTER - William Clifton (Billy) Brown, 72, of the Brogdon Community passed away at his residence on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. Born in Sumter, he was a son of the late Manning Monroe Brown and the late Virginia Brogdon Brown. He was a retired mobile home salesman. He is survived by his wife/companion of 35 years, Martha Ann Sloan; two brothers, Michael "Bubba" Brogdon Brown ( Judy) of Sumter and David Wesley Brown (Karen) of Charleston.
