Wayne Benson Obituary

"Wayne A. Benson, 74 of North Judson, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023 at Brickyard Nursing Home in LaPorte, Indiana. Wayne was born April 17, 1949 in LaPorte, to Lloyd and Wilma Benson. On December 7, 1968, he married Doris Knapp who preceded him in death. Wayne was a graduate of North Judson High School. He was an exceptional woodworker and enjoyed traveling with his wife antiquing. He was a Union Carpenter with Local 1005. Wayne is survived by his sons, Anthony of North Judson and Timothy (Sharon) of Knox, his brother Jerry, and sister Sandra Dietrich. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents. A private graveside service is to be determined. "
