Warren William Valenta, 80, of Newton, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at his residence. He was born July 19, 1941 in Fairfield County, CT to the late Charles Valenta and Marion Wolfert Valenta. Warren was of the Catholic faith and a United States Army veteran. He attended JM Wright Technical High School in Connecticut and retired as owner of A&W Automotive in Danbury, CT. Warren was a substitute teacher for the auto shop class at Henry Abbott Technical School, was an avid car enthusiast, and enjoyed sponsoring local sports teams over the years. Warren will be missed by many. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Robin Valenta; brother, Charles Valenta, and sister, Janet Grace Hluboky.
