Obituary of Violet Manganiello Violet Manganiello, age 87, of East Elmhurst, died Sunday, February 3, 2019 at her home. Violet was born May 17, 1931 in Metuchen, NJ. Beloved wife of the late Paul. Loving mother of Michael and his wife Catherine, and Joseph. Cherished grandmother of Paul, Michael and Kelsey. Dear sister of Lorraine Cavaliere and Lucille Savino and the late Margaret Goff, Wally Pedota, Dominic Pedota, Millie Valasek, Ralph Laucella and Dr. Anthony Laucella. Violet is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be Thursday, February 7 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 10:45 am on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Our Lady of Fatima RC Church, East Elmhurst, NY. Burial will be in Calverton National Cemetery following the mass.
