Victor passed away on June 20, 2022 after battling Parkinson's Disease and Dementia. He met his wife while serving in the Air Force in Clovis, New Mexico. Victor and Cecilia were married for 68 years. Victor was a Fire Captain for the city of Palo Alto. His son David, son-in-law Charlie, and grandson Chuck all followed in his example and became firefighters. Victor's hobby was restoring classic cars. He restored a 1933 Packard and won many awards. Victor also served as President of Nor-Cal Classic Car Club. Victor was a member of the Palo Alto Elks Club for almost 60 years. Victor is survived by his loving wife, children, and grandchildren.
