In Loving Memory of Vera Fuller (nee Swetlic) Vera Fuller, born on February 27th, 1932 , in London, England, embarked on her final journey on Friday, October 6, 2023 in Cleveland, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late James Fuller. Cherished mother of Cheryl (Daniel) Nitowsky. Vera's adoration extended to her two granddaughter's Melanie Nitowsky and Sarah Nitowsky. Devoted sister of the late Sema Stein and Kiva Swetlic. Vera's life was a tapestry of love, laughter, and cherished moments with her family and friends. She was known for her vivacious personality and an unwavering zest for life. Her thoughtfulness and generosity were matched only by her sharp sense of humor, which never failed to bring smiles to those around her. Vera was a social butterfly and the life of every gathering. She treasured her time spent with family and friends, and her warmth and energy drew people to her like a magnet. At age of 17, she courageously embarked on a journey to America, where she quickly assimilated into her new culture, leaving an indelible mark on all those she met. Throughout her life, Vera wore many hats, working in various roles including bookkeeper, personal assistant, and office manager. Her spirit of giving extended beyond her career as she generously volunteered at Pearl's Place at Menorah Park, where she formed lasting bonds with both staff and residents. Vera found her greatest happiness in the embrace of family and friends, and dancing with her granddaughters Melanie and Sarah, was a particular joy in her life. She had a deep love for travel, theater, and music. One of her more recent adventures took her to Israel with Cheryl, an experience she cherished. Vera touched the hearts of everyone she met and was deeply loved by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will forever live on in the laughter, love, and warmth she shared with those fortunate enough to be part of her life. A private burial service with family will be held. As a celebration of Vera's life, family will receive friends at 11 Brandywood Dr. Pepper Pike on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 10 2PM-4PM & 7PM-9PM ON WEDNESDAY 4PM-7pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association/Cleveland Chapter or the Hospice of the Western Reserve. May she rest in eternal peace, forever dancing among the stars, and may her memory bring comfort and joy to all who know her.
