"Ursula Ann Smith, age 54, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023 at her home. Ursula was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County. Ursula was preceded in death by her parents Billy Ray and Nancy Yates, and her sister Alicia Yates. Survivors include: Husband Johnny Smith Five Children- Jessica Phipps, Caleb Garland, Tiffany Hall, Isaac Standifur, and Demi Lucas One Brother- Kenneth Large Thirteen Grandchildren- Kaleigh Wallace, Kirsten Wallace, Kennadi Wallace, McKenna Phipps, Jase Edwards, Maddox Phipps, Marshall Phipps, Dakota Yates, Brionna Hall, Raylan Standifur, Addison Lucas, Amelia Lucas, and Penelope Lucas Graveside services will be conducted Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 1:00pm at Chester Smith Cemetery with Lester Mullins officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mullins Funeral Home. Mullins Funeral Home and Staff are serving the Smith family.
