Ugene Tone Nickens 10/9/1945 to 6/20/2022 Tone was a many of many talents, as anyone who knew him can attest. He worked hard all his life and never shied away from a challenge. He loved being outdoors playing on the side-by-side, camping, hunting. Various injuries guaranteed that a majority of his life was filled with a lot of physical pain, which he endured with amazing grace. I have lost my greatest love but I am also grateful that now he's free and no longer suffering. I told him to save me a place on the other side. His reply . . . don't bring a jacket. Always the wise guy. Our "boys" Pete, John and Shawn have been amazing strength to both of us through this heartbreaking time and we love them for it. It was his wish that there not be a service.
