Timothy Murfield Obituary

Timothy "Tim" Wayne Murfield, 58, passed away on April 21, 2023, with his loving family by his side. Tim was born in Delaware to Robert and Joan (Good) Murfield on August 7, 1964. He worked for Leibert for many years as a laborer before his retirement. Tim was a loving and caring father, grandfather, son, and friend. He was kind to everyone and he loved you as hard as he could. If you knew Tim, you knew you were loved. He was an avid sports fan; he was a baseball mega fan and he supported the Cincinnati Reds year-round. He also rooted for OSU and the New England Patriots. Tim was a dog-lover; he took care of every dog like they were his children. He was a fighter, battling any obstacle that came his way as hard as he could. He was strong until the very end. Tim is survived by his father, Robert Murfield; daughters, Amber Murfield, Chelsey (Marcus Rhymes) Murfield, and Courtney (Kyle) Price; son, Brice (Brooke Moler) Murfield; grandchildren, Kaelyn, Ethan, Kinsley, Kaison, Dylan, Myla, Callie, Colton and Kylie; brother Dale Murfield and his children Kim, Kristi, and Kurtis, and his fur-baby, loyal companion and best friend, Finn. Tim is preceded in death by his mother, Joan, and Kathy. Services will be held at a later date.
