Timothy Frank Klempel, 52, of North Richland Hills, TX passed from this life on Thursday April 13, 2023. He was born April 15,1970 in Sydney, Montana to the late Frank and Harriet Klempel. He graduated from Williston High School in 1988. After graduation, he joined the Air Force. He served for 4 years with the 89th Flight Training Squadron in Wichita Falls,TX at Sheppard Air Force Base. There he helped train NATO pilots from around the world. After leaving the Air Force, he returned to Williston ND. Where he helped run the family business, Frank's Freight for about five years. He then moved back to Texas where he worked in management for CiCi's Pizza for 10 years. His most resent job was as a truck driver for PAM Transport; where he started on April 13, 2010 as a company driver. Tim became part of the owner operator program in 2013. He was the third person in the companies history to sign a lease with PAM. He was the longest tenured lease operator in the PAM Transport company's lease program. He was always viewed as very reliable, dependable, and very easy to work with. Tim worked as a mentor for the company; where he helped trained 13 drivers on the workings of the truck. He will be sorely missed by his colleagues at PAM. Tim was quick witted and armed with plenty of sarcastic comments. He was always up for a good laugh. He loved to travel with his wife, Cherri. He loved visiting Alaska to see the whales, eagles, and other wildlife of Alaska. Or taking a cruise to any one of the Caribbean Islands, where he enjoyed: swimming in the ocean, ATV'ing, learning about the islands, or just having a drink and watching the world go by. He is survived by: his loving wife Cherri Klempel; Favorite daughter, Victoria Klempel of North Richland Hills, TX; Two sons, Tyler Klempel and wife Andrea of Sallisaw, OK; Shawn Klempel, and fiance Jeneen Larman of Watauga, TX; Two grandsons, Matthew and Alexander Maddux of North Richland Hills, TX; Two brothers Dale Pust and wife Paula; Mark Pust and wife Sheri; Two sisters Nancy Wiens and husband Glen, and Sandra Reimer and husband Gerald. Services are under the direction of Shannon Rufe Snow Drive Funeral Home. The viewing will by held on April 24, 2023 from 5PM-9PM. Memorial service will be April 25, 2023 at 11AM. Burial service will be on May 1, 2023 at 2PM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
