In Loving Memory of Timmy Lee Halderman Timmy Lee Halderman, a loving husband, devoted father, and skilled craftsman, bid farewell to this world on September 7, 2023. Born on June 28, 1958, in Columbus, Ohio, Timmy's legacy will forever be remembered by those who had the pleasure of knowing him. Tim was a man of many talents and found great joy in the simple pleasures of life. His passion for the outdoors led him to become an avid hunter and fisherman, finding solace and fulfillment in the embrace of nature. He also had a knack for golf and even created his very own mini-golf course within the walls of his yard, delighting family and friends with friendly tournaments and never-ending laughter. As a skilled craftsman, Tim had a natural talent for construction, specializing in siding. As the proud owner of Halderman and Sons, his self-employed business, Tim dedicated himself to each project with unwavering commitment and attention to detail. His exemplary workmanship and integrity earned him the respect and admiration of his clients throughout the years. In his free time, Timmy indulged in his creative side. He reveled in building model cars, meticulously crafting each piece to perfection. Additionally, his artistic touch extended to crafting unique faces out of tree logs, turning a simple piece of nature into a work of art that captivated all who beheld it. Timmy Lee Halderman will be deeply missed by his adoring family and all those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him. He is survived by his loving spouse, Lisa Halderman, his cherished children, Kristin, Amanda, Thomas, and Michael, as well as his caring son-in-law Cody Jones, daughter-in-law Miranda McMullen, sister Kathleen DiCesare, and brother Patrick DiCesare, along with his adoring grandchildren, Taylor, alexander Lee, Joseph, Emmalei, Nolan and Kaitlynn, with one great-granddaughter, Paisley. A celebration of Timmy's life will be held at a later date. The family viewing will take place at Goebel Funeral Home, honoring the remarkable legacy that Tim leaves behind. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Tim's honor to the funeral home to assist with final expenses. Timmy Lee Halderman's memory will forever live on in the hearts and minds of those who were privileged to know him. May he rest in eternal peace, knowing that his presence will be fondly cherished and forever missed.

Dorothy Louise Sprankle, 80, of Crooksville, Ohio passed away at 4:33 PM, Sunday, December 3, 2023 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House in Zanesville surrounded by her loving family, her beloved husband by her side. She was born October 8, 1943 in Sego, the daughter of the late Hugh Dobbins and Sella (nee: Childres) Dobbins. Dorothy was a 1962 graduate of New Lexington High School. On June 30, 1962, she married the love of her life and soulmate, Roger Sprankle and they started their family. In the early 1970's, together with her husband, Dorothy was co-founder of Village Pizza in Crooksville which they owned and operated for the next 41 years. It was the first pizza shop in Crooksville. She and Roger also had a sunbed business in their home. She later worked for Southeastern Electric Company in Crooksville. Dorothy spent 18 years as a member of the Crooksville Fire and EMS department. She attended Word of God Church in Ironspot. Left behind to mourn her passing is her husband of 61 years, Roger Sprankle; her son and daughter-in-law, Rod and Mandy Sprankle; her sisters and brother-in-law, Shirley Hinkle and Betty and Dick Anderson; her grandchildren, Josh and Amy Sprankle, Jeremy Sprankle, Ryan Sprankle, Clay Sprankle, Madison and T. J. Lewis, Tyler Sprankle, Ethan Sprankle and Eli Sprankle; her great-grandchildren, Emma Jo, Adley Lou, Andrew, Ava, Maddison and Maggie and her furbaby, Spanky. In addition to her husband, Dorothy was preceded in death by her son, Gary Sprankle and her siblings, Nellie Anderson, Bill Dobbins and Bob Dobbins. Lisa peacefully left this world on November 29, 2023, at Cedar Hill Care Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was 61 years old. Born on September 24, 1962, in Columbus, OH, Lisa grew up with a zest for life and a passion for her loved ones. Despite facing challenges, she embraced each day with a smile on her face and a heart full of love. Lisa's greatest joy in life came from being a dedicated homemaker and nurturing her family's wellbeing. Lisa's love for nature was reflected in her beautiful flower beds that adorned her home. She delighted in the simple pleasures of mushroom hunting and the tranquility of crappie fishing. Always up for a challenge, she loved tackling DIY-home improvement projects and took immense pride in the improvements she made to her home. A master of her craft, Lisa found solace in the art of sewing and took great pleasure in creating one-of-a-kind pieces. She had an eye for treasures, and thrift store shopping, particularly at Goodwill, was her favorite pastime. Lisa had an uncanny ability to find hidden gems and transform them into something special. She is survived by her loving daughters, Kristin Halderman and Amanda Halderman, as well as her sons, Thomas Halderman and Michael Halderman. Lisa was a cherished mother-in-law to Cody Jones and Miranda McMullen and a proud grandmother to her grandchildren, Taylor, Alexander Lee, Joseph, Emmalei, Nolan and Kaitlynn; as well as her great-grandbabies, Paisley and Guinevere. She will be forever remembered and dearly missed by her sister, Mari Susan Bucy, and brothers, Randall Bucy and Gerald Bucy, along with sister-in-law Rhonda Bucy. Preceding her in death by only 84 Days are her husband, Timmy Lee Halderman and her sisters, Lori, Joni and Evelyn Bucy. Andrew Michael Baker, 54, of Crooksville, Ohio passed away surrounded by his loving family at 1:05 PM, Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House in Zanesville following a 15-month battle with cancer. He was born Thursday, December 12, 1968, the first child born to the late Ernest Baker and Rosemary (nee: Hammond) Baker of Crooksville. Andy was a former employee of Anomatic Corporation in Newark where he worked as a color analyst. Andy was a very accomplished, self-taught guitarist and wrote lots of songs. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on cars. He was quite inventive and mechanically minded, always creating ideas for a new invention. Andy was quite a movie buff. He was always telling jokes and , most of all, loved giving his brother, Jim a hard time. He enjoyed anything outdoors, riding his 3-wheeler and mountain bike. Andy was Catholic by faith. In addition to Andy's mother, left behind to mourn his passing are his children, Kaitlyn Baker-Schilling and her husband, Joey Schilling and Andrew Baker and his significant other, Dominique Vignos; his sister, Lisa Baker and her significant other, Greg Morrison; his brother, Jim Baker and his wife, Angie Baker; his nephew, Elijah Baker and niece, Elyse Baker and his special friend, Dee James DeStefano. She was born December 5, 1958 in Zanesville, the daughter of the late Howard and Roberta (nee: Kinney) Goodin. Rose was a homemaker, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to many. She was an excellent baker and made delicious candy for every holiday. She was an avid bingo player and, in the past, was very involved in crocheting, especially doll clothes. Rose was loved by her family and friends and will be sadly missed by all. Joseph Edward "Ed" Worley, 73, of Ocala, Florida died in the early morning hours of Friday, October 20, 2023, in Genesis Hospital following a brief illness. Ed was born one of eight children on October 2, 1950, to his late parents, Pernell, and Alice (Fincher) Worley. Ed honorably served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War until his discharge in 1969. Upon returning from his tour of duty, Ed and his wife, Geraldine were married on December 28, 1970. They spent the next few decades raising and cultivating a wonderful family. Ed spent most of his professional life as a maintenance worker, but his true calling was that of a firefighter. For nearly three decades, Ed selflessly laid his life on the line as a member of the West Marion Volunteer Fire Department where he served as the Assistant Chief. Ed was a Christian and celebrated his faith within the walls of Anchor Church in Crooksville when he and Geraldine visited their daughter. Left behind to mourn his passing are his wife of 53 years, Geraldine Worley; his daughters, Shawn (James) Miller, Stacie (Brandon) Bedard, Sabrina Stanley and Shari (Ted) Southall; siblings, Debbie Tindall, Jeffrey Worley, Howard Worley, and Ronald Worley; his grandchildren who he adored, Echo, Autumn, Micah, Matthew Southall, Bryce Bedard, Kody-Lee (McKenzie) Miller and his great-grandson, Gunnar Miller. Pearl Ray Wiseman, 87, of Crooksville, Ohio died Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born February 9, 1936 in Deavertown, Ohio to the late Charles Lawrence and Luella Rambo Wiseman. Pearl was a veteran of the U. S. Army, Methodist by faith, 60 year member of I. B. E. W. , Local 1393, lifetime member of the NRA, he worked for Peabody Coal Company as a test driller, owned and operated Ray's Refrigeration, Heating, Cooling and Appliance Repair. He liked to hunt, wood working, making instruments, and he loved his tractor pulling, family gatherings and listening to music. He is survived by his wife of 64 plus years, Beulah Mae Reed Wiseman; children, Patricia (Rex) Scholl, Robert (Karen) Wiseman, Sandra (Steve) Fullmer, and William (Renee) Wiseman; seven grandchildren, Sara (Jake), Kristen (Jimmy), Jonathan (Natalie), Ryan, Brittany, WC, Laura; great-grandchildren, Titus, Taner, Case, Tripp and Lydia; sister, Helen (Ralph) Bunting; brother, Max (Donna) Wiseman; several nieces and nephews.
