Tim Houston "Peck" Godwin, age 58, of Naples, Texas, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022 in Longview, Texas. Tim was born January 16, 1964, in Mt. Pleasant, Texas, to Virgil Leon Godwin and Elizabeth Ann Collins Godwin. Tim graduated from Paul Pewitt High School in 1983. After graduation, Tim worked as a truck driver. When not working, he enjoyed family cook outs, camping, swimming, hunting, fishing, playing horseshoes and just spending time with friends and family. Tim was preceded in death by his parents: one brother, Gary Godwin; and one sister, Cecile Burks. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Tiffany Cowell of Wetumka, Oklahoma, and Bryttani and Bradley Coffell of Ada, Oklahoma; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Karin and Milton Dailey of Texarkana, Texas, Connye Didway of Shreveport, Louisiana, and Tracey Harper of Omaha, Texas; four granddaughters, Kalyn Cowell, Jaise Dority, Phoenix Colby, and Saylor Coffell; and numerous other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples, Texas. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a. m.
