He passed away at the Taylor House Hospice on April 22, 2019. Tom joined and became a Buckskinner in the Broken Ramrods and was named Feather Flying after an incident with a chicken. Tom's first job was at Rudy's Rendezvous in Lacona. After graduating from Interstate 35, he began school for high power, but schooling wasn't in the cards for him and he soon began working construction with his friend, David Kimmel. Tom met his love, Melissa Sue Killen, on June 3, 2006. The couple were married and blessed with a daughter, Cheyenne Marie, in 2008. Cheyenne will forever be his hero, because on February 19, 2011 he fell from a tree and Cheyenne, then three years old, found him help. The accident left Tom a quadriplegic, but he never gave up. He fought for each day over the past eight years. He is OUR HERO! Tom is survived by his wife, Melissa Wadle of Lacona; daughter, Cheyenne Marie Wadle of Lacona; parents, Gary and Diane Wadle of Indianola; and siblings: Matthew (Kristen) Wadle of Milo, Adam (Randi) Wadle of Carlisle, Andrew (Kesha) Wadle of Liberty Center, and Mike (Michelle) Rheuport of Leon. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Glen and Kathryn Wadle and Clarence and Dorothy Johnson, and cousin, Bob Anthofer. Sympathy Store
