Tommy, known as "devilman", led a very colorful life, gracing every bar establishment in the North Country with his presence. Everyone has at least one outrageous story they experienced with him. Tom loved his family and friends. He was always on the sidelines shouting words of encouragement for his kids and grandkids during any sporting event. During his younger years, he played in AuSable's fastpitch softball league and the annual tournament. Many a batter, lost their balance, trying to hit his Fern Lake Wobbler. As an avid sports enthusiast, Tom, Coach T, was so proud of all the athletes he coached in football and wrestling at AuSable Valley High School. Tom brought joy and laughter to so many. His endless stories will certainly live on forever. Left to cherish the memory of Tom is his wife of 45 years, Cheryl Thomas; children, Kristi (Rich) Hathaway and Tod Thomas.
