Carma Rae Conder Millar passed away peacefully in her sleep early on the morning of November 26, 2023. Carma was born May 13, 1933 in American Fork, Utah to James Boyer Conder and Ruby J Singleton Conder. She had two siblings; Orville and Barbara. Carma married Richard Fernand Millar on January 22, 1951 at the Conder residence. Richard was drafted into the Army and soon shipped out to Norfolk Virginia for training. He was born to Carol Jensen Revoir and Joseph Larry Revoir on June 8, 1962 in Provo. He grew up in Provo and attended schools there, where he enjoyed swimming and field and track.
