Tom passed away Monday due to heart complications. He is survived by his loving wife Phyllis of 34 years; Sister Debbie Bussear; Devoted Children: Thomas Dye Jr, Connie Parsons, Thomas Parsons; five Grandsons Michael, Mathew, Tommy, Thomas, Timmy. Tom was a lifelong truck driver. Tom enjoyed playing music,and traveling. Services will be held May 7th 2:30pm at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery 5810 Midway Rd. Dixon, CA. Following services, a Celebration of Life will be held at Country Villa Mobile Home Park Clubhouse 26262 County Rd. 21A Esparto CA. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cancer Society.
