Thomas Wayne Bartolomucci, 77, of Thornville, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born March 5, 1946. Tom will be remembered by family and friends for his tough exterior, caring heart, and for never hesitating to tell it like it is. Tom's perfect day would be spent fishing with his cousin, Rich or spending the day on the lake in Canada, where he and his family spent many a summer along with beloved dogs, Jack and Hannah, and later Eddie. He loved his Cleveland Indians and Browns, and of course, The Buckeyes. Tom retired from Lucent Technology in 1996. He has since enjoyed his days taking care of his chickens and bees with his wife Pam and spending time with family. Tom is preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Ann, wife Maggie, sister Carolyn, granddaughter Darian, and Grandma Jude. He is survived by his wife, Pam, sons Tom Jr. (Jen), Jeffrey (Chris), daughters Brandi (Donnell) Body, and Jessica (Tejay) Carswell, brother John (Janet), five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many family and friends. Friends may call from 4-7 p. m. Monday, September 11, 2023, at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home in Somerset where services will be held at 11:00 a. m. Tuesday, September 12, 2023, with the Rev. "Amber Ann Dermer, age 56 of Thornville, Ohio passed away on October 8th, 2023, at her home. Amber was born on March 29th, 1967, in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Larry and Janie Dornon (Saad). Amber was known as "Mama Bear" in Fairfield Beach, Amber was very protective not only of her sons, but many other "cubs" at the Beach. If Amber was not protecting someone, she would be helping someone. Amber gave her time and energy helping anyone in need, she would do anything for anyone. Amber loved working at the Beach Shop in Fairfield Beach. Amber made many friends at the Beach Shop, especially with her colleagues. Amber enjoyed playing sports when she was younger, she got the same enjoyment watching her sons Larry and Rodney play sports for the Millersport Lakers. Amber was an avid Steelers fan. Amber loved Mickey Mouse and loved collecting Mickey Mouse memorabilia. One thing Amber enjoyed the most was going to Las Vegas with her family. Amber is survived by her husband Bob Dermer, her two sons Larry (Alisha) Dermer and Rodney Dermer, her three grandchildren Labreyah, Javian and Amauri, her brother Craig (James) Dornon, sisters Victoria Cochran and Shelley (Jeff) Boyer. Linda Jane Henning, 63, of Crooksville died in the evening hours of Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Altercare in Thornville following a 7 year-long battle with Dementia. She was born, one of six children to the late, Elmer and Lorean (Rigdon) Drydon on May 18, 1959, along the banks of the Ohio River. Linda moved to the Roseville area with her sister where she met her husband, Carl. They were married in 1990 and stayed by each other's side until her peaceful return to her Lord and Savior. A deeply religious woman, Linda was committed to her God, she practiced her faith within the walls of Cornerstone South Family Life Church in McConnelsville where she devotedly prayed and worshipped her Savior. Her family finds great comfort that she is no longer suffering in this world but is dancing in the streets of gold in Heaven. Surviving Linda in life are her husband, Carl Henning, her step-children, Rod (Teresa) Henning and Jason (Anna) Henning; her siblings, Debbie (Tony) Watson, Sandy Craycraft, Phil (Kathy) Dryden and Terry (Sherry) Dryden and her grandchildren, Logan, Dalton and Elizabeth Henning. Linda also leaves behind a very special friend and caregiver who never waivered in her kindness, Penny McMillan. In addition to her parents, welcoming Linda into eternal life is her brother, Dale Dryden. Paul W. Hazlett, 80, of New Lexington, Ohio died on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at Country Lane Gardens, Thornville, Ohio. Born October 27, 1942 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Robert James and Mary Elizabeth Yarger Hazlett. Paul retired from the Ohio National Guard; was a truck driver, he loved antique tractors, he enjoyed socializing, camping, fishing and always doing something. Survived by his children, Paul "Danny" (Mary) Hazlett, Sr. , Earl "Robert" (Walt Jeffreys) Hazlett and Kimberly McCutcheon; daughter-in-law, Marcy Hazlett; 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; sisters, Helen Renick, Rita Gorley, Nita Harris, Dorothy Holdcroft, Karen Hazlett, Kathy Euman and Linda Tolliver; brothers, Harold, Roy, Charles and Johnnie Hazlett.
