Terry Dean Crenshaw, 72, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. He was born in Millington, Tennessee in 1951 to the late Ira, Jr. and Frances (Watkins) Crenshaw and has lived in Jacksonville since 1975. He is preceded in death by his brother, Philip Crenshaw,. Survivors include his wife of 47 years Debbie (Powell) Crenshaw; son Charles Crenshaw; daughter, Lageina Highsmith; sister, Shirley Gasque; grandchildren, Caleb, Ashley, Sarah, and Stephen, and great-granddaughter, Athena, and several nieces and nephews. Terry was a self-employed contractor, investor, and Pastor. He was a member of the Circle of Love Ministries and served as president in 2010. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 6 p. m. in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, with Jason Master officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening starting at 5 pm at the funeral.

Delilah Huff Reynolds passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 after a short illness at the age of 88. She was the daughter of Cuba and Nova Huff, born in Butler County, Kentucky on March 15, 1935. She often fondly shared stories of growing up on a farm in the country with 9 siblings, who she remained close to throughout her life. While working as an AT&T long distance operator, she met and married Robert G. Reynolds of Louisville, Kentucky on January 29, 1955. Next month, they would have celebrated 69 years of marriage. Bob and Delilah raised their two children in Louisville near their families. In 1984, they relocated to Jacksonville, FL after a transfer with Bob's employer, CSX. After retirement, they enjoyed 27 years together and spent their days traveling, visiting family and staying connected to their friends. Delilah was a talented seamstress and loved to quilt and sew. She will be remembered for her excellent cooking, entertaining friends, storytelling and love of a good laugh. Her faith and service to God was the most important thing in her life, followed by a great love for her family. She leaves behind her loving husband and two children, Keary Reynolds and Karen (Samuel) Dean as well as four grandchildren; Jennifer (Jimmy) Meadows, John Reynolds, Caitlin (Glen) Dean, Caleigh Dean and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents and siblings Corene, Yuleen, Ramona, Judson, Alline and Donovan. She is survived by her sister Morene and brothers Kenneth and James. A visitation will be held at 12:00pm on Monday, December 11, 2023 at The Lodge at Oaklawn Chapel & Cemetery, 4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207. The funeral service will be at 1:00pm and the graveside service will immediately follow. Myra Ellen Lewis was born in Pawtucket Rhode Island, April 6th,1942 to the late John and Mary McKechnie. She attended and graduated Plainville High School and continued her education in Cosmetology school. She moved to Florida in 1961 and married Arthur William Meares in 1962. They quickly started a family of four girls, Debby Sardoni, Wendy Fortune, Chris Meares and Robin Meares. Myra did many things in her life from owning the Beaches Fabric Shop to working at the local Sun Times newspaper in Jacksonville Beach, Fl. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, baking, seashell hunting and gardening. Many of her friends and family were blessed to receive her handmade decorations, baby clothes, blankets and beautifully made cross-stich tea towels. Myra also loved traveling and spending wonderful evenings with her family and friends cooking out, laughing, telling stories with great sass and spunk, which she is known for throughout her life, typically accompanied with a glass a wine or two. Her greatest love was becoming a grandmother. She created special memories with her daughter's and grandchildren with her Annual Christmas cookie and pie bakes. She also took great pleasure in hand making and filling the "Ho Ho" stocking 's every Christmas for her family. She was affectionately known as "Nanny" to all of her grandchildren, and they will always remember her for the many special moments she created with each of them. Myra is survived by her brother and his wife, Thomas and Judith McKechnie of Sedgewick, Maine. Her daughters, Debby Sardoni and husband Joseph of Apollo Beach, Fl, Wendy Fortune and her husband Richard of Dinsmore, Fl, Chris Meares of MacClenny, Fl and Robin Meares of Jacksonville, Fl. She has 12 grandchildren, Amber Buttrill, Jordan Buttrill, Savannah Virtuoso (husband Christopher) Noah Lee, Chad Fortune, Crystal Fortune, Colton Fortune, Andrew Sardoni, Jackie Dawson (husband David) Joseph A. Sardoni, Sophia Sardoni and Julie Mosley. Along with 9 great grandchildren, Jameson Virtuoso, Nash O'Connor, Tinsley Fortune, Wyatt Fortune, Adalynn Dawson, Josephine Dawson, Hudson Fortune, Hadley Ann Fortune and Leland Kitchens. She was blessed with John McKechnie (wife Tara) nephew, of Deer Isle, Maine. Susan McKechnie Bernier (husband Kevin) niece of Ellsworth, Maine and Tom McKechnie (wife Darcy) of Penobscot, Maine. Myra's Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday December 20, 2023 at 1pm. Judy Leone, 83, passed away on December 6, 2023, in Jacksonville, Florida. Born on August 22, 1940 in Westchester, TN, Judy moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL as a young girl. She was known for her beautiful red hair, strong personality and her unwavering commitment to standing up for what she believed in. Judy was a business-savvy individual who excelled in various endeavors throughout her life. Judy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a loving and amazing mother to her children, Ann Marie Neufelder, Karen Pierson, Terry Arculus, Salvatore Leone, and George Leone. She cherished her role as a mother and embraced every moment with her family. Judy is survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, George Leone, who was her partner in life. In addition to her children, she is also survived by her three sons-in-law (Tom, Richard and Dale), two daughters-in-law (Michelle and Irena), nine grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Judy had a close bond with her sisters, Carolyn Shields, Patricia Spies, Linda Ogburn, and her brother Michael Keese. Judy attended Central Catholic High School in Fort Lauderdale. After completing her education, she had a successful career as accountant for George Leone Farms in Swedesboro, NJ. Judy's dedication and expertise were invaluable to the success of the business. A woman of faith, Judy worshipped at St. John Paul II Catholic Church in Ponte Vedra, FL. Her strong belief in Christ was a guiding force in her life and provided her with solace and strength. In her free time, Judy pursued various hobbies. She had a passion for painting, ceramics, pottery, doll making, and skiing. Judy's creativity and talent shone through her artwork and craftmanship. Services honoring Judy's life will be held at St. John Paul II Catholic Church in Ponte Vedra, FL on Saturday, December 16th at 11 AM. Friends and family are invited to attend and pay their respects. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Judy can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. St. Jude's held a special place in Judy's heart, and she would be honored to support their mission. Judy's legacy will live on through the memories shared by her loved ones. She will be remembered as an independent and strong woman who loved unconditionally and dedicated herself to her family and community. Cheryl Ann Nelson Belle-Smith was born February 22, 1958, to Leroy Nelson Sr. and Ozie Mae Nelson. She will be reunited in eternal rest with her parents, Leroy Nelson Sr. and Ozie Mae Nelson; sister, Shirley Nelson Evans; brother, Alphonso J. Pope Sr. ; and brother, Robert Nelson. She grew up on the Eastside of Jacksonville, Florida. She attended Andrew Jackson High School and graduated with the Class of 1976 as a Majorette while playing the flute. She attended Bethune Cookman College. Cheryl married and had two sons. Darryl L. Wakefield Jr. (Darryl L. Wakefield, Sr. ) and Harrel C. Belle Jr. (Harrel C. Belle, Sr. ) and was a widow to the late Ronald E. Smith. She worked over 20 years for Duval County School Board as a Secretary. Cheryl enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family and friends. One of her favorite past-time was cooking and baking. She has countless cookbooks and recipes. She enjoyed attending the sports-related events for her grandsons. She served her community by working for the Duval County Elections office. She leaves to mourn her passing - sons, Darryl L. Wakefield Jr. (Chanda) and Harrel C. Belle Jr. ; grandchildren, Jamauri L. Wakefield and Jamal L. Wakefield; siblings, Alvin J. Nelson (Jeannette), Barbara Nelson, Leroy Nelson Jr. (Tameka), Linda M. Nelson, Michael R.
