Maas (Keeler), Terrie A. 71 of Maple Grove passed away peacefully at home on Friday, June 17th, 2022 surrounded by her husband, Steve, and her two children, Ben & Katie, and cat, Rusty, by her side after a courageous six month battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born in Minneapolis on June 23rd, 1950 and graduated from Southwest High School (Minneapolis) in 1969. She married Steve Maas on June 7th, 1974 and together had one son, Ben Thomaas (Maas), and one daughter, Kate Barnard (Maas). She enjoyed her work at the Maple Grove Library; once retired her biggest joy came from caring for her two grandsons, Christopher & Thomas. They were the light of her life. Terrie loved the outdoors, nature, animals, spending time at the cabin every summer, and the beaches in Florida in the winter. She is preceded in death by her father, James W. Keeler Sr. , and her beloved cats Cinnamon & Cody. Survived by husband Steve, son Ben (Justin), daughter Kate (Paul), grandsons, Chris & Tommy, sisters Sally Mays & Patti Keeler, brother James Keeler Jr. , and mother Jeanne Keeler. A Celebration of Life will take place at the KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Dr. , Maple Grove, MN) on Sunday, June 26th , 2022 from 1- 3pm.
