Tanya Baboun Obituary

BABOUN, Tanya, (52), longtime resident of Miami, FL, passed away on April 14, 2023, at her home. Born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, she was the daughter of Angel Rishmawy and Diana Cronfel Kawas de Rishmawy. Tanya was dedicated to her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and spending time by the water. She is survived by her husband Rudy, whom she was married to for 28 years; her daughters Daniela and Annabella; her mother; and her siblings, Gerardo, Albert, and Liessel. Tanya attended the University of Miami and was active in community service. She was also a member of the Church of the Epiphany. Tanya will be remembered for her kindness and larger-than-life personality. A Memorial Gathering will take place at Stanfill Funeral Home from 5-7 PM on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, with a Memorial Service at 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at the Church of the Epiphany.
