Canton- Tammie Pemble-Mitchell, 61, of Canton, passed away at 4:23 PM on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Graham Hospital in Canton. She was born on October 4, 1960 in Canton, a daughter of Ronald and Edna (Whittington) Pemble. She married George Mitchell, he preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death is her parents. Surviving are two daughters, Autumn Pemble of Hawaii; Jessica (Mick) Price of Canton; two grandchildren, Ali Meyers, Seth Spahn; one great-grandchild, Lyllianna Shue; one brother, Thomas Pemble of East Peoria, and four sisters, Crisy McMillen of Kansas; Debbie Pemble of Havana; Kimberly Fischer of St. David. Tammie co-owned House of Hunan, in Canton for several years, and later worked as a waitress at several local restaurants in the area. She was of the Christian Faith. A celebration of life service will be held at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Jack's Bar in Canton.
