Sylvia Castro Obituary

Edcouch - Sylvia Castro, 64, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023 at South Texas Health System in Weslaco. Mrs. Castro was born January 4, 1959, daughter of Eusebio Hernandez and Olivia Hernandez. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother David Hernandez. Left to cherish her memories are her children, Adalberto Castro Jr. (Angelica), Alejandro Castro, Alan Castro (Abby); brothers, Eusebio Hernandez Jr. , Javier Hernandez, Jaime Hernandez; sisters, Marina Flores and Yolanda Lusingnan. Also surviving her are 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of the Heavens in Elsa.
