Warner Robins, GA - Vida Suzanne (Meriam) Hadarich, 76, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. A private gathering celebrating Suzanne's life and loving memories will be held at her family residence in Warner Robins GA. An additional celebration honoring her life and everlasting love will take place in Indiana at a future date. A celebration mass will be held at Our Lady of Grace Church in Highland, Indiana. Suzanne's final resting place will be next to the love of her life, Robert at Saint John/Saint Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Hammond, Indiana. Suzanne was born on June 27, 1947, in Terra Haute, IN to the late Milton Meriam and Vida (Morris) Meriam. She was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed many things in her life including fishing, playing Bingo, Scrabble, and Yahtzee, cooking, and volunteering at the hospice facility. One of Suzannes greatest traits was her heart towards others. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Along with her parents, Suzanne was preceded in death by the love of her life of 48 years, her husband, Robert Hadarich and her son-in-law, Jerry Wielgus. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters: Laurie Wielgus of Warner Robins, GA, Kimberly Nelson (Jerry) of Rensselaer, IN, Jennifer Myer (Steven) of Seminole, FL, and Vickie Hadarich (Keith) of Valparaiso, IN; 11 grandchildren: Jessica Hecker (Shane), Adam Wielgus (Ashley), Melissa Wielgus, Matthew Nelson, Nicole Nelson, Andrew Vicari (Kayla), Alyssa Vicari, Amanda Vicari, Justin Hadarich, Nicholas Hadarich, and Katelyn Tarchala; 12 great-grandchildren: Ethan, Madison, Lainey, Colton, Jordan, Matthew, Ivy, Norah, Emma, Isabella, Zoey, and Nash; sisters-in-law: Arlene Dickerson (Rodney) and Margaret Hadarich; brother-in-law: Richard Hadarich (Gail); and numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. Cora was born on October 17, 1938, in Goshen, AL to the late Herschel and Elender (West) Sanders. She was a graduate of Goshen High School. Cora went on to attend the University of Alabama, where she played women's basketball. She worked as a bookkeeper for most of her life until her retirement. A woman of deep faith, Cora was a long-time member of Goshen United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Cora was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William "Bill" McMaster; brothers: Jimmy, Benny, and Lewis Sanders; sister-in-law: Ann Sanders. In his spare time, he enjoyed working in his yard, supporting his grandchildren with their activities, especially Northside High School sports, "Go Eagles"! When he wasn't working around the house or at Northside High School sporting events, Charles loved to fellowship with family and friends, and eating! He was a member of Sojourn Church in Perry, GA, where he and his wife have served faithfully. In his spare time, Richard loved being at the beach or just lounging in the sun. In the early afternoon of Sunday, November 12, 2023, Charles Edward Hill, joined his Lord and Savior in heaven. Charles was born on August 10, 1941, in Gadsden, Alabama to the late Tom Hill, Sr. and Conola Mae (Sexton) Hill. With great pride, he served our country in the Army as a Sergeant First Class for over 20 years serving in the rough period of the Vietnam and Korean War prior to working at Robins Air Force Base as a Facilities Manager for 33 years before retiring. He received the Honorable award of 2 Purple Hearts while in Vietnam while also being the 101st Airborne with 13 years of infantry and 7 years of common area in Germany. Charles loved the Lord and had an unshakable faith that he shared with his family and friends. He faithfully attended Byron Baptist Church. Along with his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his brother, Tom Hill, Sr. Charles will forever be treasured by his adoring wife, Linda Dianne (Snow) Hill of Perry, GA; children: Charles A. Hill of Centerville, GA, Roger T. Hill of Kennesaw, GA, Kenneth R. Hill (Regina) of Warner Robins, GA, Vida D. In the early afternoon of Monday, November 13, 2023, Betty Jean "BJ" Pope, entered the gates of Heaven. BJ was born on August 8, 1940, in Laurel, Mississippi to the late James Pauldon Clark and Mattie Miriam (Blanks) Clark. She was the proud co-owner and operator of the famous Warner Robins restaurant POMO's where she, alongside her late husband, Richard put in endless hours of love, hard work, and dedication. BJ loved the Lord and loved attending Central Baptist Church with her church family. BJ found so much joy in working in her church's Youth Center with the high schoolers, working as a board member and volunteer for the Ms. Warner Robins Pageant, and being a Northside High School booster, Go Eagles! Her greatest Joy, however, were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, family gatherings at the River House, and of course, her POMO's family. Along with her parents, BJ was preceded in death by her first husband of 47 years, Richard Pope; and her siblings: Nan Robbins, Linda Speights, and Mike Clark. BJ will forever be treasured by her daughters: Jenna Dixon (Matt) of Elko, GA and Cara Zammit (Al Yeager) of Cumming, GA; sons: Rick Pope (Lynn) of Perry, GA and Brad Pope (Michelle) of Hawkinsville, GA; 10 grandchildren: Giovanna, Emily, Joseph, Shelby, Lane, Jared, Clay, Chance, Carmen, and Anna Grace; 9 great-grandchildren; her sister: Brenda Berry of Columbia, SC; her Husband of 6 years: William "Bill" Dent; and many extended family members. In his spare time, Cliff enjoyed gardening, yard work, golfing, and cheering on his Duke Blue Devils basketball team. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Martha Lavinia "Pat" Lamb, 92, passed away peacefully at Church Home LifeSpring Rehabilitation and Healthcare on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Pat was born on March 4, 1931, in Greensboro, NC to John Byron Lamb and Clara McIver Lamb. As a child, her family moved from Greensboro to Fairburn, GA. After graduating from Campbell High School, Pat went to work in Atlanta for the state of Georgia. In 1957 she married Edward Jay Olmstead, a sales tax auditor for the state of Georgia. While married, Pat, her husband and two daughters moved to Savannah, GA where she worked many years for Savannah Bank & Trust (later First Union. ) After retiring, Pat moved to Hiawassee, GA. She was a faithful member of Hiawassee Methodist Church and enjoyed singing in the Church Choir. She also enjoyed her time as a member of the Red Hat Society and volunteer for the Towns County Chamber of Commerce. Most of all, Pat loved her family and enjoyed nothing more than cooking meals for them. Pat is survived by two daughters, Tracy Sikes (Van) of Perry, GA and Carey Shellman (Reese) of Savannah, GA; her brother, William Kirby Lamb (Janice); four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Jay Olmstead, her parents, and one brother, John Byron Lamb Jr. (J. B. ). There will be a graveside service at Holly Hill Memorial Park in Fairburn, GA on Thursday, November 30 at 2:00 PM.
