Sue Brown Obituary

Sue Richardson Brown, 83, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Monday, May 8th, at her son's home in Glasgow, KY. Sue was born in Macon County, TN on May 18, 1939, a daughter of the late Grace (Branden ) and Vernon Richardson. She worked at Osh Kosh for 31 years. She owned Sue's Flower Shop in Celina and worked at various other flower shops. She was a member of Hestand Church of Christ. She married Waymon Brown, who preceded her in death on December 7, 2005. Sue is survived by a son, Paul Brown (Michelle), of Glasgow, KY, two grandchildren, Steven Paul Brown (Cheryl) and Stacey Shuffitt, three great grandchildren, Tyler Brown, Jasmine Brown and Cierra Shuffitt; and three great great grandchildren, Blaine and Avaleigh Shuffitt and Dakota Denton. Other than her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Ruby Slaughter, Bobby, John, Dennis, Earl and Ray Richardson. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p. m. on Friday, May 12th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY. Burial is in Memorial Lawn. Visitation is Thursday, 12-8 p. m. , and Friday, 8:00 a. m. until service time at 1:00 p. m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home. To to the family or in memory of Sue Brown, please
