On the morning of Thursday, September 7th, Suad Nasri Kawar, at the age of 90, peacefully released her suffering in the comfort of her home in Exton, Pennsylvania after a long exhausting battle with several chronic illnesses. She was married to Nasri Shafik Kawar, Professor Emeritus of the American University of Beirut, with whom she shared 63 loving years of marriage. Born in Maaser el-Shouf, Lebanon, at the edge of the famous cedars of Lebanon, she grew up to be as strong and enduring as those majestic forests. She was the oldest daughter of Farid and Fareeda Nujaim. Her most important and noble role began at a young age when as the oldest daughter, she started helping her mother care for her younger sisters. As she grew into the elegant young lady she always was, she began working as a secretary at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. It was then that she would meet the man who would become her husband beginning their 67 blissful years together. As they built and grew their life together into what became known as being an ideal couple, the love and adoration of all who met her around the world also grew. Wherever she went, whoever she met, she was always known for her kindness, generosity, gentleness, compassion, grace, inner and outer beauty, welcoming and giving nature, guidance, elegance, faith, loyalty, and her magical cooking and baking skills. She is survived by her husband, Nasri Kawar, her son, Ramzi, his wife Jennifer, and their daughters Phoebe and Thea, her son Shafik, his wife Helene, and their son Andrew, her daughter Rania and her husband Skip, and her daughter Amal and her sons Logan and Micah. The funeral service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, September 12th, 2023 at James J. Terry Funeral Home at 736 East Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, Pennsylvania 19335, where family and friends may visit from 9:30 am until 10:45 am. Burial will follow in Northwood Cemetery. Aidan William Primanti, 20, of Downingtown, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. Born in Bryn Mawr, PA on September 6, 2003, Aidan was the oldest child of Rick and Jenn (Smith) Primanti. He was the best big brother to Liv and G, quick to make them laugh and always up for a late night ice cream run. Aidan graduated from Downingtown West High School with the Class of 2022. A natural athlete, Aidan played sports from a very young age. Over the years he played on many teams for different sports including the soccer and basketball teams at West. Aidan enjoyed the spirit of every competition, on any field, court, or driveway, and had a natural grit that was undeniable. He truly loved being a teammate. Aidan loved his friends and every bit of adventure and fun they had together. Reserved until he wasn't, he appreciated true connections over small talk. He found comfort and peace in nature. He loved music and was an awesome dancer. Always humble and never wanting to be the center of attention, people gravitated to him anyway. He was sweet, silly, kind-hearted, always with a word of encouragement or support for anyone who needed it. He had a smile you could never forget. Aidan was always working on being the best version of himself, but to his family, he was perfectly imperfect. In addition to his parents, Aidan is survived by his siblings, Olivia and G Primanti, Maternal Grandfather, William G. Smith and his wife Joan Smith, Paternal Grandparents, Richard R. Primanti, Jr. and Suzanne Primanti; Aunts and Uncles, Bill Smith, Sheila and Mike Camara, Jackie and Lars Welker, Marc and Julie Primanti, and Ryan Primanti; cousins Michael, Mary, Cael, Meryn, Kane, Emery, Isabel, Ava, Emma, and many friends.
