Stephen Colosi Obituary

Stephen Colosi, 70, of Toms River, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 21, 2023 at Morristown Medical Center after a short battle with cancer. Stephen was born in Queens, NY, he lived in Freehold, NJ, before retiring in Toms River. Stephen was Vice President of Sales for American Home Foods in Madison, NJ. After a long career with AHF, he became a distributor for Edward Don and Company. Stephen was an active participant of the Out and About Club in Holiday City West. Stephen enjoyed playing poker, pool and was a member of the Holiday City Bocce club. Stephen was an avid sports fan of the Yankees, Giants and the Rangers. He is preceded in death by his parents Nicholas and Frances Colosi and a son Stephen Jr. Stephen will be forever held in the hearts of his loving family; wife of 48 years Eva, his son Christopher and his wife Cathy, daughter Kara Santiago and her husband Brian, two grandchildren; Nicholas and Callie Colosi. He is survived by two brothers Frank and Nick, family and many close friends. The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 2 to 6 pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd. , Toms River, NJ. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 5:30pm at the funeral home. Committal will be held privately.
