Stella Sorrells Obituary

Portland - Stella M. Sorrells, 88, passed away after a long illness on May 7, 2023 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. Stella was born in Portland, Maine on July 30, 1934, the daughter of Salvatore and Mary (Severino) Nolfo. She attended local schools and graduated from Portland High School in 1952. Stella grew up on Newbury Street in Portland's Little Italy and was very proud of her Italian heritage. Her family was her sole focus; she worried over them and took care of them to the very end.
