She was native of New Orleans LA and a resident of White Castle, LA. Sonja is survived by her husband Albert Pierre, children Christina Dabney and Clarenc e Dabney Jr. ; Father Cleveland Turner, Sr. ; 7 stepchildren, Keith (Felicia) Houston TX , R hona , Terinika Dallas TX , Elbert (Francisca) , Ter r ence Middle River Maryland , Aquita Pierre and Dana Jordan (Wash). Sisters, Rita Turner and Lisa Turner Keppard ; b rothers, Cleveland Turner Jr. and David Turner; 21 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends . P receded in death by her mother , Doretha James Turner Jackson; 2 sisters, Brenda and Carolyn Turner ; brother, Lawrence Turner, Sr. ; maternal grandparents, Paul and Maude James ; paternal grandparents, Charlie Turner and Rita Mae Lewis .
