Sondra Sharon Tokarczyk of Armada, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at the age of 65 years. Sondra was born on December 8, 1953 in Warren, Michigan. She was the daughter of Junior and Dorothy (nee Parton) Eskew. On September 3, 1983, she married Daryl Tokarczyk at Redemption Lutheran Church in Sterling Heights. Sondra enjoyed attending church and spending time in the fellowship of her church family at Our Saviour Lutheran Church in Armada. She was an Armada High School Band and Bowling Supporter. Sondra attended every band concert and bowling meets to support her grandson, Phillip. She was so proud of him and his accomplishments. Sondra will be greatly missed by her loving family and many friends. Sondra is survived by her husband, Daryl; grandson, Phillip Tokarczyk; mother, Dorothy Eskew; brothers, Marshall (Marie) Eskew, Rick Eskew and Dan Eskew; nieces, Julie and Vickie; and nephews, Tim, Joe and Shane. Sondra was predeceased by her son, Robert Tokarczyk; father, Junior Eskew; and sister-in-law, Dawn Eskew. Visitation will take place on Sunday, April 28, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tiffany-Young & Hauss Funeral Home, Modetz Chapel, 73919 Fulton, Armada. The Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 29, 2019 at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 22511 W. Main Street with a 10:00 a.m. instate time at the church. Private burial will take place at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East Cemetery in Clinton Township. Memorial tributes would be appreciated to Our Saviour Lutheran Church.
