SOFIA DELGADO Sofia Delgado, 97, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023. Mrs Delgado was born in Durango Mexico and was a long life resident of LAredo, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Rafael and Maria Sandoval. Sons, Efrain Delgado and Ramon Delgado Jr. Brothers and Sisters. Son-in-Law, Arturo Cruz. She is survived by her loving husband, of 70 years of marriage, Ramon Delgado. Children, Rafael (Yolanda) Delgado, Raquel Cruz, Estela (Fernando) Martinez, Sofia (Carlos) Valle, Filomeno (Angela) Delgado, Sergio (Patricia) Delgado, Olga Delgado, Maria Carmen (Arturo) Ramirez and Leticia (Juan Pablo) Benavides. 41 grandchildren, numerous great grand children and great-great grandchildren. Sisters, Cruz Aragon and Ventura Dominguez. Also surviving are numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 4 p. m. to 9 p. m. and a Religious service will be held at 7 p. m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. A chapel service will be officiated at 9am on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
