Shirley Anzalone Obituary

Shirley Jean Anzalone (Mills), 86 of Hyde Park, NY died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 21, 2023. She was married to Frank, the love of her life, for 67 years and together they created a full and wonderful life. He passed away 5 months ago, and she never recovered. Shirley was small in stature but huge in personality with a great sense of humor and wit. She was a loving and devoted mother/grandmother to four children who survive: Cathy Ahmed (Rob), Teri Prusakowski (Dave), Frank Anzalone (Dawn Marie), Lisa Brennan (Jim). Grandsons: Stephan Berlet, Kris Berlet, Frank Anzalone, Shaun Anzalone, James Brennan, and Ryan Brennan. Great grandchildren: Zachary, Isaiah, Abby, Emma, Stephan, Jude, Aubrey, Jaxon, Bella. And Great great grandchild: Nico. Our Mom was an avid reader, seamstress, and all around very artistic. She was a force to be reckoned with and always a positive guide. She will be sorely and forever missed by all of us. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2023 from 10AM-12PM at the Wm. G. Miller & Son FH, Inc. , 371 Hooker Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. A Funeral Service will be held at 12PM in the Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery in Poughkeepsie. Arrangements are under the direction of the Wm. G.
