Sherry Louise (Vincent) Zoll, of Fletcher, MO died on September 10, 2023. She was born on March 8, 1946 in St. Francis, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Gerald Virdus and Virginia Pauline (Parks) Vincent. She was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, William Allen Zoll on September 12, 2012. She is survived by special cousins, James (Vicky) Parks of Piggot, Arkansas and John (Maria) Parks of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. and niece Stacey Utley of Arnold; nephews, Brian (Elizabeth) Zoll of Fenton and Michael (Susan) Barrett of Cape Girardeau. And special friends Ed & Belinda Harris of Hillsboro, Nancy Urness of Fletcher, Darla (Russell) Narzinski of Fletcher, Karen (Tim) Smith of Fletcher, Jack & Vera Hankins of De Soto, Randy (Julie) Duncan of Fletcher, Carl Beckmann of St. Louis and MaryAnn Barr of St. Louis. Earl J. Boyer was born in De Soto on May 28, 1946 a son to Della and Ella (nee Courtaway) Boyer. He died on November 22, 2023 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson at the age of 77. Earl served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He had retired as an inspector from the Chrysler Auto Manufacturing Plant in Fenton after 34 years of service and was a member of U. A. W Local #136. In his retirement he enjoyed playing golf. He was a member of B. P. O. E. #689, AmVets Post #48, American Legion Post #416 and a Gold Legacy Life member of V. F. W. Post #1831. Earl held many Local, District, State and National Offices for the Veteran's of Foreign Wars and was awarded their Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Joyce (nee Filkins) Boyer, De Soto; one daughter Nicole (Larry) Pennock, De Soto; two grandsons: Carter Pennock and Clinton Pennock; two sisters: Lena Wicker, De Soto and Barbara (Jerry) Coleman, Hematite; two brothers: Danny "Sock" (Judy) Boyer, De Soto and Gerald (Kay Kite) Boyer, De Soto a sister in law Judy Filkins Boyer and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; two sisters Bessie Trojhan and Ella Hoffman; two brothers: Donald Boyer and Wyman Boyer; a sister in law Sandy Boyer and two brothers in law: Rich Trojhan and Avery Wicker, Sr. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 77 Westport Plaza, St. Louis, MO 63146.Show more
