Sherri Leigh Trent Hailey, 50, of 1767 Ford Meadows Road, Lynch Station died Monday, June 20, 2022. She was born February 28, 1972 in Lynchburg, a daughter of Patsy Hicks Trent of Lynch Station and the late Gerald Thomas Trent. Sherri was a Registered Nurse and an animal lover. She is survived by one brother, Gary Trent and his wife, Tammy of Hurt; two nephews, Darin and Wyatt Trent; and a special cousin, Andrea Lloyd and her family. She was preceded in death by one brother, Darren Wayne "Skipper" Trent; maternal grandmother, Sylvia "Babu" Porter; maternal grandfather, Henry Hicks; and paternal grandparents, Thomas and Doris Trent. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 8:30 p. m. , Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Finch & Finch Funeral and Cremation Service, Altavista and other times at the residence.
