Sheila Hope Phillips, 63, of Panama City Beach passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. Shelia was born the daughter of Fred and Dixie May on September 7, 1958 in Panama City, Florida. She is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Roger Kirkland, Jerome Kirkland, Johnny Kirkland, Jean Singletary and Shirley Jean Richardson. Sheila is survived by her husband Mark Reed, sons, Shawn and Shane Cuvillier, siblings; Rex Kirkland, Mitch Kirkland, Ann Kirkland Byars and Jenny Pons, as well as a host of other loving relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
