She was born on December 13, 1942, in Sealy, Texas to the late Daniel Sullivant Brown and Sally Floyd Blake. Fannie is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clyde Laird; brothers, Douglas Brown, Thurman Brown, and Lealand Brown; sisters, Beth Coody, and Ora Dell Presley. She is survived by son, Timmy Frazier of Silsbee, Texas; daughter, Tambra Edwards of Kountze, Texas; brother, Ruben Brown of Lake Jackson, Texas; grandchildren, Janie Warden, Daniel Warden, Shayla Odom, and Madison Frazier; great-grandchildren, Oaklynn Warden, Kainsley and Karsyn Authement. Serving the family as pallbearers are Daniel Warden, Chris Lowe, Robert Presley, Brian Presley, Sammy Authement, Stuart Laird, and Luke Laird. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024, from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Little Rock Assembly of God, Kountze, Texas with a lunch to follow from 11:00 am – 12:00pm. Funeral services to begin at 1:00pm officiated by Pastor Ernest Brown. Interment to follow at Pine Ridge Cemetery, Kountze, Texas. Services are under the direction of Faith and Family Funeral Services, Batson, Texas."

Myreeta Joyce Worley, age 80, of Kountze, TX, passed away at her home on Sunday, January 21, 2024. She was born in Fountain Hill, Arkansas, on January 17, 1944, to Milton and Ruby White Gifford. Myreeta worked construction with Gary for years and loved to visit new places as long as they could drive there. She was an avid quilter, reader, and crocheted often. She loved working with plants and watching the birds. They attended Green Hill Baptist Church for many years. Left to honor her memory is her son, Gary Wayne Worley and wife, Elizabeth; grandsons, Stephen Worley and Chase Carlson; granddaughters, Stephanie, Stacy, and Tina Worley; 8 great-grandchildren; brother-in-laws, Dennis Worley and wife, Dina of OK and Craig Worley of KS; sister-in-law, Maria Worley of KS; as well as many, many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is reunited in Heaven with her husband of 52 years, Gary F. Worley; her parents; children, William and Teresa; siblings, Kenny, Betty, Amy, Maureen, and J.W.; and brother-in-law, David Worley.
