Shane Eric McKee, 47, went to his eternal home on Friday, April 19, 2019 in Brownwood, Texas. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at China Creek Cemetery in San Saba, Texas with Johnie Reeves and Gerald McKee officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 26, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. Shane was born on September 9, 1971 to Norman McKee and Jean (Gage) McKee in San Antonio, Texas. He attended Early High School. Those left to cherish Shane's memory are his mother, Jean McKee of San Saba, Texas; wife, Robin McKee of Mullin, Texas; daughters, Shannon McKee of Orange Grove, Texas and Jean Ann McKee of Zephyr, Texas; step-daughters, Makayla Johnson of Zephyr, Texas and Morgan Mills of Mullin, Texas; sisters, Mary McKee of Copperas Cove, Texas and Donna Reed and husband, Marty of Cedar Park, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Shane is preceded in death by his father, Norman McKee; grandparents, Nolan and Minnie B. McKee; and Oliver and Lorena Burk.
