She leaves behind a legacy of love,With strength, and unwavering dedication to those she cherished. Born on December 22, 1965, Jackie Brunn was a dynamic force with an unwavering spirit. Her devotion to her family, children, and grandchild knew no bounds, and her nurturing spirit enriched the lives of all who knew her. She found immeasurable joy in being a mother and grandmother, showering her family with endless love and support. Jackie had a zest for life and a keen eye for beauty and sophistication. Her love for travel took her to far corners of the globe, and she exemplified dedication and excellence in her work over her distinguished 30+ year career. She was a committed professional, and her contributions left a lasting impact and earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and peers alike. A dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. for 30 over years, Jackie embodied the values of sisterhood, service, and leadership. Her commitment to her sorority's mission enriched the lives of countless individuals, and her legacy of service will continue to inspire future generations. In addition to her professional accomplishments and community service, Jackie will be remembered for her sound advice, listening ear, kindness, and infectious laughter. She had a remarkable ability to uplift those around her and make everyone feel loved, and she surely will be missed. Jackie is survived by her two children, Jasmine and Derek, and her granddaughter, Amber, as well as her mother Shirley Gordon, and her siblings Doris, Edward Jr., Llago, Gerald, Joyce Ann, and Bruce. She leaves behind a host of grieving family members and countless friends whose lives were touched by her extraordinary presence. While we mourn her loss, we take solace in knowing that her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her forever. Betty L. Johnson 1964-2024 Betty L. Johnson (Hahl) passed to glory February 15th 2024 at the age of 59. Born on December 2nd 1964, Betty was known to all to have loved the Lord and was a devoted member of Grace Christian Fellowship of South Jersey. She was a true caregiver for many, especially her Aunt Elizabeth Hunter, with whom she was so close she came to call her "Mom". For the past 8 years, Betty dutifully volunteered at Habitat for Humanity ReStore (Salem County). Everywhere she went she made friends and had many, touching lives and beloved by all. Betty was predeceased by her husband Robert E. Johnson, as well as her father Harry E. Hahl, mother Elizabeth V. Hahl (Leap), and the "Mom" who raised her, Elizabeth "Libby" Hunter (Hahl). It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father and husband Leonard Wojnowich. A family physician for over 40 years, Leonard dedicated his life to the care and betterment of others. The son of Holocaust survivors, Leonard recognized the value of a life lived to the fullest and was constantly seeking to further his knowledge professionally and personally through medical missions, travel and numerous outside passions that included SCUBA diving, photography, guitar and many more. His greatest pride was his family. He cherished his wife and 3 children, and the time he spent with them and their extended families including 5 grandchildren above all else. Leonard Wojnowich was larger than life and his legacy and impact will continue by all who were fortunate to have known him. Marty Pirjevec was the second son and fifth of six children born to Bernie and Barb Pirjevec in Eveleth MN. Marty graduated from Grand Rapids MN High School in 1981. He played college hockey at Miami of Ohio and later attended the U of M. He was a commercial construction supervisor and his beautiful detailed mind was an asset to his work. Marty's love for hockey in his youth, high school and college was carried on as an adult as a youth hockey coach. He had many close bonds with those whom he shared his love of hockey. Along with hockey, football and other sports Marty had a love of the outdoors, especially fishing. Marty is survived by his siblings, two brothers-in-law, nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews. Two sons, two grand daughters and a special aunt and uncle and many cousins. Marty had many close friends and loved them deeply. He will be surely missed by his two canine companions, Frotzy and Olaf. Per Marty's wishes, no funeral is planned.
