Scott R. Perkins has taken the hand of Jesus and gone to heaven where he will be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ forever. Scott was promoted to heaven on June 17, 2022 with his sister and brother-in-law at his side. He was born April 23, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois to Richard E. and Ruth Gladys (Shively) Perkins. Scott was a graduate of West Essex High School, North Caldwell, New Jersey and received an associate degree in Theology. He was a former member of Life Center Church, South Bend, Indiana, and a current member of ITOWN church. Scott enjoyed playing in his Euchre Club, bowling, gardening, camping, amusement parks, following current events, studying the weather and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others. He dearly loved his family and thoroughly enjoyed being with them for birthdays and holidays. He was always thinking of them. We will miss Scott greatly.
